Senator Abb Ishaku has extended a helping hand to a physically challenged young girl he encountered during a church program organized for the blind.
According to the Senator, he noticed the girl seated in the church with the market wares she hawks placed under the chairs. She had decided not to go out hawking that day because of the program, which meant she lost all her sales for the day.
Deeply moved by her situation, Senator Ishaku offered her financial support of ₦250,000 to boost her small business.
In his words, “We may not solve all the problems in the world, but we can try and solve one problem at a time.”
