The Poverty Alleviation and Wealth Creation Agency (PAWECA) has assured all beneficiaries that the issue of unpaid stipends will soon be resolved.
According to the agency, any beneficiary who has not yet received their payment alert is advised to report the matter officially to the PAWECA desk officer in their local government area. This will help the agency document all complaints properly and ensure that no beneficiary is left out.
The management explained that the delay in payment was due to some technical issues, but steps have already been taken to address the problem. Beneficiaries who have lodged their complaints are expected to start receiving their stipends soon.
PAWECA further encouraged affected beneficiaries to remain patient as the matter is being handled with urgency, and assured that all outstanding payments will be cleared without anyone being denied their entitlement.
