Adamawa Govt Issues Public Safety Alert Over Damaged Pella–Maiha Road

The Adamawa State Government has warned motorists and commuters to avoid the Pella–Maiha Road following severe damage caused by heavy rainfall near Nzedinyi town.

According to the government, a section of the road was badly affected by the recent downpour, posing serious risks to travelers. Road users are therefore advised to take alternative routes until the affected area is repaired.

Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has already ordered immediate remedial work to restore safe passage and ensure the road is reopened as soon as possible.

The government appealed for patience and cooperation from the public, assuring that efforts are underway to fix the problem quickly.
