Zakka Jummai Gundiri has spoken out in support of Big Brother Naija housemate, Sultana, following public discussions about her religious beliefs.
Reacting to comments questioning Sultana’s choice of Islam over Christianity, Zakka Jummai wrote:
“I see nothing wrong with Sultana explaining why she chose Islam over Christianity. Everyone has the right to choose his or her religion. Moreover, how does religion solve Nigeria’s problems?”
She also encouraged people to focus on unity rather than division, especially during a time when the country faces more pressing issues.
“Let’s just support our Adamawa sister to go far, kawaii 😋❤️👏” she added.
Sultana, who hails from Adamawa State, has continued to gain support across the country. Many viewers see her as a symbol of Northern pride and cultural representation on the show.
